I have a parish book from St. Charles Borromeo in Woonsocket, RI. It is the 140th anniversary
book of the parish (1846-1986). There is an image in the book of a grave marker in the parish
cemetery that reads:
Michael Heffernan Died February 19, 1876 age 60 years Native of Co. Tipperary Ireland Erected by his wife Ellen |
