Phillips Memorial Cemetery

This tiny cemetery is on the northwest corner of the intersection of Highway 3 and Mentor Drive. From I-45, take the Emmett F Lowry Expressway (FM 1764) and exit to Highway 3. Turn right (southeast) and drive about a mile, the cemetery is on the right (west) side of the road just after Estelle Circle.
